I've been practicing massage professionally since 1999. Over that time I've learned to integrate many different types of massage into my therapeutic bodywork practice. I'm skilled in Deep Tissue massage, Sports Massage, Pre-natal massage, Trigger Point, Hot Stone massage, Reiki, and Lomi Lomi massage. Each session is tailored to your needs as a client.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage therapy is used to release chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, and joints). This modality uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach those deeper layers of muscle.

Migun Table

Balance Your Chi

The Migun Table is a thermal massage table that combines some of the benefits you receive from massage, chiropractic, far infrared heat and acupressure into a fantastic holistic experience.
Massage: May help ease chronic pain, speed recovery from sports injuries, and make muscles more agile.
Chiropractic: Restores structural integrity and relieves nerve interference by restoring vertebrae alignment.
Far-Infrared: Increases function of tissue cells and enhances blood circulation.
Acupressure: Temporarily blocks the circulation of Qi and the release jump starts the Qi movement to flush out toxins.
